About OBAGI - Blemish Targeting Festive Kit

In short: The Obagi Blemish Targeting Festive Kit is a limited-edition 2026 Obagi gift set with two full-size products: CLENZIderm M.D.® Pore Therapy (148ml), a 2% salicylic acid toner, and Hydrate Light® Weightless Gel Cream (50g). It is a simple exfoliate-then-hydrate routine for oily, blemish-prone skin with visible pores.

What’s inside

  • CLENZIderm M.D.® Pore Therapy, 148ml (full size): a 2% salicylic acid (BHA) liquid exfoliant that helps unclog pores, clear away dead skin and refine the look of pores. Obagi recommends it for normal and oily skin.
  • Hydrate Light® Weightless Gel Cream, 50g (full size): an oil-free, non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic gel cream that Obagi says is clinically proven to hydrate for 24 hours without clogging pores. It suits all skin types and layers well under makeup.
  • Limited-edition Obagi festive gift case

Who it’s for

Anyone with oily, congested or blemish-prone skin who wants a clearer-looking complexion without heavy creams. It also makes a practical gift for teenagers or adults with breakout-prone skin.

How to use

  1. After cleansing, shake the Pore Therapy bottle. Press a cotton pad over the pump and pump 2–3 times, then sweep a thin layer over the affected areas, avoiding the eyes.
  2. Start once a day, because salicylic acid can be drying. Build up to 2–3 times a day only if your skin is comfortable.
  3. Follow with Hydrate Light over the face, morning and evening.
  4. In the morning, finish with SPF 30 or higher.

Why this set

Both products are full size. Bought on its own, CLENZIderm M.D. Pore Therapy is £47 on our site.

FAQs

How often should I use Obagi Pore Therapy?

Obagi advises starting once a day, then increasing gradually to 2 or 3 times a day if needed, because it may dry the skin.

Is Obagi good for acne-prone skin?

This kit is designed for blemish-prone skin. Pore Therapy contains 2% salicylic acid to exfoliate and unclog pores, and Hydrate Light is oil-free and non-comedogenic. For persistent or severe acne, see a doctor or dermatologist.

What is the difference between Obagi Hydrate and Hydrate Light?

Hydrate Light is the weightless, fast-absorbing gel-cream version. It is oil-free and non-comedogenic, so it suits oily and combination skin and warm, humid weather.

Can I use Pore Therapy when pregnant?

Pore Therapy contains salicylic acid. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your GP or midwife before use.
