Yes, once your skin is used to it. Medik8 recommends phasing it in: twice a week for 2 weeks, every other night for 2 weeks, then every night.

Is Crystal Retinal 6 too strong for beginners?

Medik8 suggests starting with a lower strength if you are new to vitamin A. You do not need to phase in again when moving up from Crystal Retinal 3 to 6.

Can I use Liquid Peptides Advanced MP with retinal?
