How to use

Shake before using. Apply evenly and generously before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours during periods of high exposure, and after sweating, swimming or towelling the skin.

To achieve the declared SPF level, apply the same amount used in SPF testing: 2mg of product per cm². That is about 6 teaspoons (36g) to cover the whole body of an average-sized adult.
